Arranging a Burial

When arranging a burial, a choice must be made as to which cemetery to use. This can be quite a difficult decision, as some of the cemeteries in the Edinburgh area do not have room for more burials. This is further complicated by the fact that in Edinburgh, the cemeteries that are owned by Edinburgh City Council, ground cannot be bought before death occurs. This is not necessarily true for some of the privately owned cemeteries in Edinburgh.

Currently, the cemeteries in Edinburgh where ground can be purchased are: Arranging a burial
